Q: I just downloaded a subtitle, how do I watch it alongside my movie?

A: Please read the subtitle guide, it explains how to use them.

Q: Something is wrong with the subtitle I downloaded! (Out of sync, wrong language etc.) Please add a comment (in ENGLISH!) that explains what is wrong and why we should remove it. Be polite, don't curse, it isn't our fault. There is no way that we could check if they are out of sync, but with your help we can keep the database clean.

Q: I'm looking for a subtitle but it is not on the site, can you find it for me? First of all make sure that your search term is correct, try different combinations. If it is a subtitle for a new movie/tv-show it will probably come up soon. You can always visit the request forum

Q: Something went wrong when I uploaded a subtitle/nfo, can you remove it? Report it ASAP and we will remove/fix it.

Q: I have fixed a subtitle, can you replace the old one? Yes, just write something in the comment field when uploading so we don't remove it because it is a dupe. When uploading fixes/improvements you will be replaced as the uploader as long as it is an anonymous upload.

Q: I subbed a text, but it doesn't say I did?! Add a comment or use the report function on the subtitle and we'll fix it ASAP, some people simply don't write the subbers name when uploading.

Q: I keep uploading subtitles but they never show up, why? All subtitles that are uploaded here goes trough manual control by us, we confirm them as fast as we can as long as they fill the quality requirements needed. We don't want any babelfish translated text, no out of sync etc. (We do allow speedsubbed text though)

Maybe you missed to type in the required information when uploading (imdb link/id, releasename and/or language).

Q: Why aren't there more languages on the site? There are too many languages as it is already! We like to keep as few language as possible, so it is easier to find what you are looking for. When the archive is huge and we have many many more english subtitles we might think about it again...

Q: I'm having troubles finding codecs and other applications for my videos
